Ordering:
When you place an order through this website, a confirmation email will be sent to the email account you enter during the ordering process.
Orders received after 2PM, Monday to Thursday will have a NEXT DAY dispatch. Orders made after 2:00pm on Fridays will be despatched on Monday. There are no dispatches made on Weekend Days or on Bank Holidays.
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards.
Shipping:
Currently all orders are sent using Swift express postal service.
This nomally guarantees next day delivery within Ireland, 2-3 days for the UK and 3-5 days for Europe and rest of World (excluding weekend days and Bank Holidays). Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the 'Checkout' section of this website, depending on order value and delivery destination. Exact shipping costs, can be viewed on our Shipping page. Please inform us immediately if any goods have been damaged in transit. If we have not received such notification from you within 3 days, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage.
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with any product purchased from Mr. Big n' Tall, then please return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price or an exchange (refunds do not include shipping costs). Products returned must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging with all tags attached. All returns should be adequately packed and be accompanied by the original invoice and completed returns form. You can email our returns department to request a 'Returns Form' using the following email address: returns@mrbigmenswear.com. The refunded amount due will be credited to the card used for initial purchase. Please allow up to 21 days for refunds or exchanges to be processed.

Privacy:
Mr. Big n’ Tall does not disclose any client information to any third parties. No Credit Card details are stored in any database(s) either on-line or off-line. Card details are retained for a period of 5 days should any refunds be necessary. Customer information may be stored for your convienience when placing future orders, or if you requested to be added to our mailing list.
Cookies are used on this Mr. Big n' Tall website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. These cookies are called per-session cookies (cookies that are not set to persist beyond the visit to the site). They do not remain on your computer after you leave the website. |
